At Baobab Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury home fragrance experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our client services team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original protective boxes and shipping sleeve to ensure the glass candles and diffusers are not damaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the items and confirms they are in sellable condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
